The last ten days of June is the time when the daylight is the longest and the night is the smallest in Finland. Finlander established the Saturday between June, 20th and 23rd, June as Midsummer Festival. Midsummer Festival was once an old feast day to remember the birth date of Baptist. As the time goes by, Midsummer Festival loses its religion shade little by little and becomes a wonderful festival of people feature which is to enjoy the abundant of everything and the rosiness on earth. All sorts of celebration actions would be held following the old-fashioned custom all over the place on this day annually. Seurasaari of the capital city of Helsinki is the middle for honoring Midsummer Festival.
